Cancellation Policy

* Payment must be made at time of booking * Fees are non-refundable.  Minimum 7 (seven) days notice required to reschedule a reading. If the request to reschedule is received less than 7 days, a reschedule request cannot be guaranteed. * Minimum of 7 (seven) days required to submit a cancellation request. * If you miss the scheduled reading time without notice to AstralMedium LLC either by phone or email, you will be charged for the full time. * Please show up on time.  Your appointment starts and ends at your allotted time – so if you arrive late, that’s the time you will lose from the reading. * All guidance is subject to your own interpretation.
